Honda Accord 2008

The Honda Accord has moved up in the Top 10 ranks even though its sales are virtually flat compared with a year ago, because sales have fallen for the Dodge Ram pickup, which outranked the Accord last year. The Honda brand is advertising its gas mileage; the four-cylinder Accord gets an EPA-estimated 22 mpg city/31 highway. The V6 Accord, which shuts off two or three cylinders while cruising, gets 19 mpg city/29 mpg highway, which is respectable for a 268-hp engine. A redesigned Accord debuted in September, 2007.
The 2008 model of the Civic Hybrid carries over from 2007 model virtually unchanged, save for a new feature, the tire pressure monitoring system. The 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid receives solid praise for its fuel-efficient value, sleek, futuristic redesign and fuel-sipping habits. The sedan achieves positive criticisms on its conventional exterior style, its high-quality cabin and for its outstanding safety. However there are also lots of not so good criticisms for this Honda Civic Hybrid. They said that its performance is underwhelming — even as a hybrid vehicle, it does not give as much power on the highway as expected.
