World Premiere Of The New Kia Rio In March

In 2010 the KIA RIO was the third best selling vehicle in overseas markets with sales of more than 219 000 units. From the first launch of the RIO in 2005 the global sales of this car was more than 860 000 units. On March 1, 2011 a new chapter starts for the RIO and the next generation Picanto city car, when their world premiere will be celebrated at the Geneva International Motor Show. The innovative hybrid version of Kia’s stunning Optima sedan, scheduled to go on sale in the US market later this year, will also be on show at Geneva.

The new model RIO features a wheelbase extended by 70 mm (to 2,570 mm) and promises greater passenger space and comfort as well as increased cargo capacity to 292 liters (hatchback) and 390 liters (sedan). Exterior dimensions changes include: 55 mm (overall length), -15 mm (height) and 25 mm (overall width) to enhance the feeling of sportiness. Inside, the new model will deliver a high level of quality previously associated with larger models – together with a wide selection of trim options. 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid

The 2008 model of the Civic Hybrid carries over from 2007 model virtually unchanged, save for a new feature, the tire pressure monitoring system. The 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid receives solid praise for its fuel-efficient value, sleek, futuristic redesign and fuel-sipping habits. The sedan achieves positive criticisms on its conventional exterior style, its high-quality cabin and for its outstanding safety. However there are also lots of not so good criticisms for this Honda Civic Hybrid. They said that its performance is underwhelming — even as a hybrid vehicle, it does not give as much power on the highway as expected.
